Q. Do you have a catalog of your products?

A. Yes, we have catalogs of all of our products. You can visit the online Engagement Store for immediate information and fill-out the form to receive a catalog by mail.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If you have a defective product, it will be replaced at no charge once the original item has been returned.

Q. I have a question that is not listed here — who do I ask?

A. Please call 301-216-2566. Our Customer Service department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST. If all lines are busy, we have voice mail and frequently check messages and return them immediately.
